HOW TO BE PARISIAN WHEREVER YOU ARE

This week I found myself falling in love with a book. A book that I was very curious about: How to Be Parisian, Wherever You Are.

I casually went to Urban Outfitters to kill some time and went straight to the books shelf, (mind you I'm suspicious because I love them books they have). There it was, on top of some other books that I haven't even paid attention to. I opened it and as I was reading some bits and bobs I couldn't help but laugh. It's written in such a funny and entertaining way that I knew I had to have it. It arrived at my doorstep today and I think I have a date for tonight.

(If you're wondering about the scarf, I bought it last week in Shoreditch. It's a Vivienne Westwood wool scarf and it's my new favorite accessory.)

Ps. The first two are soooooo me, ahah.

Have a look at Caroline de Maigret's video in collaboration with i-D, it's really funny. Have a great weekend.

SKETCH LONDON

Since I've moved to the UK that I've been keeping a list of places I really really want to go. I've crossed a few out off it and yesterday I crossed another one: sketch.

Sketch can be called a restaurant, a caffe and even a bar. It offers us different rooms that completely blow our minds, taking us to another time and space. It's an unique experience and I recommend it to anyone that ever happens to be near Regent Street.

I went with a friend and we had Cream Tea which is a simpler version of the Afternoon Tea. It comes with scones, clotted cream, jam and a different variety of teas. When we got there I was hooked. The room was decorated in gold and pink, making us feel like we were inside a work of art. The waiter led us the way to our table and even pulled the chair for us to sit (how gentle!). We sat and chat for about an hour while we ate the most amazing scones along with a riched-flavoured vanilla tea. It was a lovely afternoon indeed and I definitely intend to go back. Hope you like the photos!

Ps. I must say one of my favorite rooms was not what you call a room, yes, it was the toilet. It took us to another dimension, I felt like I was in a space pod ready to get in a space ship! How wicked is that!? ahah

MY FIRST GRAZE BOX

Yesterday I received my free graze box. Until one week ago I had never heard of this brand. This week they sent me a free box  so I could try their products and let me tell you, so far everything tastes delicious.

As for me, I love to eat healthy during the week and we all know that when it comes to the art of snacking, we are all very much doomed to attack some biscuits and chocolate instead of better choices. That's why this health-in-a-box idea seemed very appealing to me, low-fat and light snacks that I could have everyday without the guilt-feeling that usually comes afterwards.

I received popcorns, deconstructed banoffee pie, sour cream & garlic crostinis with cashews and some amazing jaffa cake flapjacks.

Graze is a concept that started 7 years ago. It consists in healthy snacks in a box. You order it online and the graze team delivers to your house. The fun part is you don't know what you'll get, you can choose online want you may want them to deliver or throw to the 'bin' the snacks you never wish to sent to you.

From their point of view "We started inventing snacks that showed off health's more pleasurable side and working out the best way to get them to busy foodies like us".

PHARRELL | TO-DIE-FOR BRUNCH

This weekend was insanely good. To start out: Pharrell's concert. I woke up on Thursday feeling like the dancers from the "Happy" videoclip, (and believe me, I danced quite a lot in my room). After my uni class, I went straight to Soho to meet up with Micael because I was dying to try the rainbow cake from the Hummingbird Bakery. It was good, too sugary for me, but at least now I can take it out of my bucket-list ahah.

After that we went to the O2 Arena to have dinner and, of course, see Pharrell's concert. It was just amazing! From his new album songs to his oldest ones, I spent the whole concert singing and dancing non stop.

The morning after, we went to my new restaurant crush, Bill's. We had the most delicious brunch there. Blueberry pancakes topped with honey and Eggs florentine. One word: YUM!
The rest of the day was spent shopping and walking through the park.
Hope you like the photos, and if so have a look at my Instagram account to follow me daily: @allyouneedisloveee
